Having done St. Patrick's Day festivities earlier in the day, the evening was spent being rather domestic. And while the cold, misty nighttime made for a miserable drive down city side streets that was further exacerbated by having to dodge drunk people who would appear in the street without warning, it did mean that, at least, those people weren't clogging up Target and Jewel as they might otherwise do on an ordinary Saturday night.
